These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipph123 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vipph123 website located at vipph123.org, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. vipph123 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these eligibility requirements.

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the vipph123 Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the vipph123 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. vipph123 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph123 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

vipph123 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vipph123 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, vipph123 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

4.3 Withdrawals

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or vipph123 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any vipph123 software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

All content on the vipph123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of vipph123 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vipph123.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any vipph123 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of vipph123 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by vipph123.

The vipph123 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph123 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

vipph123 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall vipph123 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if vipph123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to fraud or breach of these terms may be forfeited at vipph123's sole discretion.

You may close your vipph123 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or investigations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the vipph123 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team at any time to raise a complaint or dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

vipph123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

• An email notification to your registered email address.
• An in-platform notification upon your next login.
